Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, sealed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@thestashlist.com. Returns are only accepted after approval. If your return is approved, we will provide further return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Blind Pack Products

Many of our products are sealed blind packs or blind boxes. Due to the random nature of these products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for opened blind packs, opened boxes, or products where the seal has been broken.

Duplicate cards may occur. Pull rates are based on total production volume and are not guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@thestashlist.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been placed.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

In certain cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@thestashlist.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and help resolve the issue where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened blind packs
  • Opened sealed boxes
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used, opened, damaged, or are no longer in original condition

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different item, you may request a return if your item is eligible. Once the return is approved and completed, you can place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or damaged item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
