Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
Once an order has been placed and processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Blind Packs and Random Products
Some products sold by The Stash List are sealed blind packs, blind boxes, or randomised collectible products.
Cards are randomly packed. Duplicate cards may occur.
Pull rates are based on total production volume and are not guaranteed.
We do not guarantee any specific card, character, rarity, design, pull result, or card value.
Opened blind packs, opened boxes, and products with broken seals are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to the random nature of the product.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or approved third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are handled according to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, public holidays, or external logistics providers.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier or delivery provider, delivery timing may depend on the shipping provider.
9. Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Items must meet the return conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy to be eligible.
Opened blind packs, opened boxes, and products with broken seals are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
